Very relax n cosy. If not for the cold Dec weather which make me very lethargic I think I will enjoy my stay more. Thanks for making my son and I very comfortable. Thanks again.

Staff were excellent and attentive, allowing us to keep our bags in the hotel (after checkout) while we explored the area and then driving us to the station when we were done. We could communicate easily enough using English. Breakfast was good and made an already good price even better.
The pillows were not particularly comfortable - it felt as though they were filled with plastic cylinders. Maybe this is the norm in a traditional Japanese style hotel, I don't know.

+ Clean rooms + Good location (15 mins by walk from Kawaguchiko station) + Good breakfast (Japanese style) + WiFi worked well
- Lack of english language. Reception lady didn´t spoke a word of english. All signs in the hotel were only in japanese, so everything was ´guessing´. - No towels

The service by staff was excellent! Breakfast was very good for us, we were the only ones in the hotel. Also free wifi.
